What I liked
My 8 year old daughter was referred to ENT because of a hearing problem. We were seen within 5 minutes of arriving for our appointment time and she was treated very well and very quickly by 3 different people. It turns out that she needs hearing aids and these will now be fitted within 1 month. I am highly pleased with the way my daughter and her problem has been dealt with.
What could be improved
The car parking situation!!!

I am also presently taking an elderly relative to the Cherrybrook Unit for chemotherapy weekly for 30 weeks (we are now in week 8). The staff there are absolutely wonderful. They are helpful, kind and very considerate to my relative whom I know she appreciates them greatly.
All the people I have met recently at the hospital and on previous occasions as well do not get enough praise for the job they are doing.
