"Endoscopy experience"

I went to Stafford hospital on Monday last for an Endoscopy. Like most people I was very nervous. Although the unit was busy I did not wait long so see a lady who talked me through the whole procedure. Along with her guidance I decided to opt for the throat spray rather than sedation to help me through the procedure. All of the staff on the unit were very kind and reassuring and because they helped me to relax the experience was not the ordeal I was expecting. A big thank you to everyone in the unit.
