"Rude treatment"

About: Wharfedale Hospital

Attended the MIU yesterday with my daughter who has had a lot of pain following two foot/ankle injuries. Although we were seen very quickly, the nurse in question was rude and brusque from the off, stating it was soft tissue that was injured, without even looking/examining! I won't be attending again, her bedside manner is seriously lacking and I am now taking my daughter to BRI instead. My daughter told me that she felt upset with her dismissive attitude. I'm currently training in a health profession myself and if I would have talked to patients like she did, I would have been harshly pulled aside by now!
