(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

We could not improve upon the service given by the Memory Assessment Service at the Ashfield Community Hospital. We were apprehensive at first but put at our ease and felt comfortable. The care and understnading has been excellent. We were not rushed and able to say everthing we need to.
