Jane has been absolutely brilliant in helping me with my anxiety and depression issues.

I am very very sad about having finished my therapy with her, as she has been such a big part of my life and my recovery.

I will miss her, she is a lovely and caring therapist and I couldn't have got through the last few months without her.

It's great to hear that you found your therapy sessions with Jane so helpful. Ending therapy can sometimes feel difficult and it's not uncommon to feel a little sad as you have developed a close bond with Jane. I hope that the benefits you have achieved from therapy will enable you to have a positive future.
