"Maternity Helpline"

Big decision for me to change the hospital during my pregnancy (multiple) and make the right choice. Hence I would like to say big thank you to the Maternity Helpline, who patiently answered all my questions (and they knew all the answers) which made me reassured that I should go for St. Mary's. Also, the whole referral process over the phone is so easy and convenient - very good idea, other hospitals should follow. Additional thanks to a member of staff from MBF at Queen Charlotte's who actually listened to my worries and concerns and gave me valuable advice what to consider when making this transfer decision. I hope it is a preview of my coming expereince at St. Mary's maternity ward. Best regards Roma
