About: Musgrove Park Hospital (Taunton)

My 17 year old son went in for a tonsillectomy yesterday and we were blown over by the level of communication and care provided. From the moment he checked in to the ward he was fully engaged in the whole process. He was introduced to all members of the medical team including the nurses and and the surgeons. Everything (including the risks and post operative care) was fully explained to him. He was fully consulted throughout the day and very well looked after. As concerned parents, we cant thank the staff enough for the way he was dealt with.
