"Orthopaedics"

I went to Barnstaple Hospital A&E with severe back pain. I was treated very well & referred to Orthopaedic Department. They were negative from the outset and following an eventual CT scan said they could do nothing for me except pain management.. Pain Management department could not offer any treatment either. I gave up & found a spinal consultant elsewhere. He confirmed a serious spinal problem & I am now awaiting treatment. Five months wasted.
