"ITU and A&E"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

We took mum to A&E and was seen almost straight away. The lovely triage nurse took her straight round to resus where she was treated immediately and then admitted to ITU. The staff in the ITU department were excellent, nothing was too much, we were kept fully informed at all times. Mum was treated with such dignity and respect. All the staff go above and beyond the call of duty.
