"Paediatric A and E"

Thank you for taking such good care of my 3 year old daughter this morning- 1/9/2014. I took my daughter thinking there was a very slight possibility she had broken her wrist. I was nervous that maybe I was over reacting before I got there but I was given total attention to my concerns and at no point felt I was over anxious. The receptionist was amazingly polite and helpful. The Triage nurse was very thorough and listened carefully to my concerns. The Dr who saw my daughter engaged with her straight away and made her feel comfortable telling him what happened. The Radiology team were lovely and seemed to prioritise us which was great. Finally thanks to the 2 nurses who applied her cast and kept her happy whilst doing so. Thanks to an amazing team. We are so lucky to have this service as our local hospital.
