"i took my mum to good hope hospital AE"

About: Good Hope Hospital / Accident & emergency

(as a relative),

In desperation because my mum's GPs would not visit her, my husband and I took her to good hope hospital in mid-August.

They saw her quite quickly at the AE department and carried out blood tests and X rays and they decided to admit her to ward 17. The treatment she received was excellent both at AE and on the ward itself.

We realised that she was very ill and unfortunately she passed way on the 18th whilst still in hospital, but I would like to thank everyone for their care and compassion and for all the hard work and commitment showed by all staff.
