"Not good enough service"

About: Derriford Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

Had a CT scan on my nose in June and over three months later in August I am still waiting for the results. Not good enough. In fact it's not even close to being good enough. It's a poor service, that's the only way to describe it.
