Reception staff were very helpful and polite but unfortunately my son had to wait 2 hours to be treated. HCA was rude and not reasurring at all. No Xray machine available that day (as we are not from the area, we waited for hours to be told that it wasn't available on Wednesdays!) , no doctor and had to drive to another hospital with a very upset child.
