What I liked

The speed and efficency of getting a outpatients appointment after having an inpatients assesment.

I was very impressed with the manner of the doctor that i saw within clinic who put my mind at ease as i was very upset as i had been told that i needed an emergency appointment to see him. I went away happy and understanding more of my condition.

What could be improved

Checking with patient wether they can attend earlier follow up appointments when hospital wants to bring appointment forward. I ended up having to wait even longer to get my first follow up appointment which would not have been necessary if i was consulted if i would be ok for it to be bought forward.
