"I know my Father is 87 and suffering ..."

About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital

(as the patient),

Anything else?

I know my Father is 87 and suffering from kidney failure but i did,nt really expect the doctor to say how surprised he was to see my dad still alive.I,m told that even the nurse noticed the remark. What a way to cheer up a patient!

We are sorry to hear about what happened to your father at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital. We would really welcome talking to you about this experience so we can learn how to improve the service we provide. We are working on a new training programme to improve our communication skills and customer care, so if you would like to help us please contact Steven Edwards our Head of Patient Engagement at steven.edwards@rbch.nhs.uk
