"Thankyou"

Last year I had reason to be taken by ambulance to St Richards A & E department suffering from atrial flutter. I did not have to wait more than a few minutes to be accepted in the A & E department and taken to a bed. I was treated very well by all the staff in the department. After some treatment I was taken to a ward were I had to spend one night. Again I was treated extremely well by doctors, nurses and auxiliary staff. I was well cared for and the hospital food was very acceptable. Since then I have been treated in the Cardiology department by the doctor in a highly professional manner. This year I have had a replacement right shoulder operation. The surgeon and his team have treated me extremely well. The operation has been a complete success giving me excellent pain free movement in the shoulder. The surgeon is an excellent Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon I would highly recommend them to anyone. Recently I had a gastroscopy procedure at the hospital again carried out with great professionalism. My thanks to all concerned. With Gratitude Alan Cranston
