My 16 yr old son was admitted via A&E to the day care unit a month ago all the staff were very helpful friendly and caring. In A&E and day care. The urology team that operated on him explained everything. The cleaning staff and tea/meal ladies were always helpful. The matron and her staff are great. And made my sons stay as pleasant as possible. The only negative point was the wait for medication from pharmacy so he could be discharged,this took hours!
