"My Story through my father's eyes"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as a parent/guardian),

I am severely disabled both mentally and physically. I am double incontinent and need help with all my needs. I was admitted for the 4th time this year with problem's on my bowels in this condition I have been left on my own for many hrs and as staff were so busy I had to have catheter's inserted making it uncomfortable for me, but I cant moan about it as I cant speak, I was left many times but the worst was waiting to leave hospital, I waited almost 24 hrs for a ambulance to take me and during that time everyone was always too busy. I want to write more but I will need a week to get my father to write it all down. I hope I never have to go back there.
