"A very long wait"

About: Wythenshawe Hospital

I had an outpatient appointment at 9am, The consultant failed to turn up until 10am and breezed in with arrogance and without apology. I was not seen until 12.40 partly because I was told to sit in the wrong bay and my notes were with the wrong doctor. The staff were chatting and eating chocolates, what a waste of money. This is totally unacceptable, it is rude, bad manners, unpropfessional and gives the message that patients time does not matter. I work, and this was valuable time for me not to mention the cost in the car park. I shall avoid this hospital in future.
