A/e reception staff very rude and unhelpful then few months later was admitted for my op food was very bland and unappetising water changed just once a day so in warm weather not very nice Toilets very dirty and smelly bathrooms the same Nursing staff very nice considering how busy they are

Thank you for your comment on NHS Choices. I am sorry you found our Emergency Department reception staff to be rude – this is totally inexcusable and the food to bland and that the water was only changed once. It is also unacceptable that you found our toilets to be dirty and smelly. In order to be able to investigate this further I need some more details.
