"A&E visit on 24/08/2014"

About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (King's Lynn)

I had to dial 999 for my boyfriend after he had food stuck in his throat for too long, Sunday night. The ambulance came so quickly and the two paramedics acted extremely fast. My boyfriend Robert was taken to A&E immediately and was put into resus. The staff were very reassuring and I felt confident that Rob would be ok. I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff at A&E for being so lovely and supportive. Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed and I think you are all amazing. I hope this message is shared in your staff room. Xxx

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your experience of attending the Emergency Department. I am glad that you were reassured and well supported through what must have been a very worrying incident. I hope that your boyfriend is fully recovered. I will ensure that your comments are indeed shared with all the staff in the department.
