"A very big thank you"

About: Central Lancashire PCT / Community nursing

(as the patient),

I couldn't wish for better care for which I am receiving. Every six to eight weeks I am visited making sure everything is alright. I always know I can get her on the phone if only just to put my mind at rest if I don't feel clever. She is cheery and I feel I can talk to her. Thank you for allowing me this care with a first class matron. She is perfect in her job not only for me but also for my family whom she puts their minds at rest. I hope this is what you require, a very big thank you.
