"Waiting times for consultations are unacceptable"

Every time I have an appointment / outpatients the waiting time is over 45 minutes. I always get to the hospital on time and have never experienced a delay shorter than 35 minutes. I'm currently referred to the endocrinology clinic an fertility clinic, but these appointments are becoming a nightmare. Today I've been sat in reception for over 1 hour before I was called by the gynaecologist without an apology. They must sort their schedules out asap!! Allow more time in between patients. This is unacceptable and should stop now!!
