"Need more staff"

I am a 70 year old lady and since September last year I have been in hospital several times with heart failure. The care on the whole was good but they need more staff for people who cannot feed themselves. I've seen meals put on the bed side table and the patient cannot reach them and when they come back the meal was cold and it is the same with medication. Also on the assessment ward, you have to tell your story several times to different people. When your feeling really ill you don't need this. Staff shortnes is a big problem.
