In January this year I had to stay in ward C23 at QMC because of a cyst. The hospital was very clean and all the staff had a high standard of hygiene. Most of the nursing staff were friendly, but from what I saw, seemed a little amateur in the care they gave. The doctor, surgeon and anaesthetic staff were brilliant. They explained everything well and answered any questions.
