Please pass this message onto the gentleman from the nursing staff who attended to me on August bank holiday Monday (25th August 2014) at about 3.00 pm at the Primary Care Unit at the Royal in Liverpool . This gentleman was excellent in his customer care, comforting, understanding and professional nature. I needed a replacement bandage lense and I cannot thank this person enough for the way he dealt with my situation and the sympathetic and uplifting approach he had to my predicament. I am a long time patient of Professor Kaye's clinic and have had eight cornea grafts over the last 20 years and for someone to provide the understanding and caring attitude towards my disability is very comforting.
