"The treatment of my Mother at the eye department"

Hello, On behalf of my Mother [Marion] I would just like to thank the doctor and all the staff at the Eye Department in Ashford Hospital. My Mother has a pathological fear of doctors and hospitals and it has been a very difficult process for me to get her to attend her appointments [something, I regret to say, was not fuller appreciated by your receptionists when I had to alter a pre-booked appointment]. I, myself, have not been having the best of times recently. So would once again like to thank everybody in the department who has made her life, and mine, a much better place to inhabit.
