"Excellent paramedic care"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a relative),

My husband has nose bleeds regularly. I have been told that if they continue for more than 15 minutes, I should call for an ambulance. He had a serious and lengthy nose bleed, so I rang the paramedics. I lovely young man arrived before I’d even put the phone down - amazing! (Though, I think he was in the area).

The paramedic’s name was Andy Jenkins (incident number 0310). He couldn't have done more for us. His care was exemplary. He was competent, reassuring and helpful. My husband didn't need to go to hospital, thanks to the excellent care of Andy.
