I go to the Cleckheaton medical centre podiatry clinic to get my toe nails cut. When I go, some of the women are horrible to me. I’m an old woman, and I think that they can be really nasty. The last woman I saw was so mean that I have cancelled my next appointment – I won’t be spoken to like that! I won’t be treated so badly, so I won’t go back.

The women I’ve seen have been very rude and look at me like I’m scum! They look down their noses at me. It’s really hard cutting my nails myself, but I’ll have to, because I don’t want to be treated so badly.
