"Not impressed"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham

I was not impressed at all. I am no medical expert, but if I can see that the basic things are not done correctly then I suspect the important things are not done correctly. 1. There was dry blood on the floor next to my bed when I was admitted. 2. My details board was not filled in so staff did not no my name or what I was in for. 3. My wrist band was printed and left with my paperwork and was never fitted. 4. I could hear staff talking about applying for jobs elsewhere as they were not happy. The culture felt so wrong that this will not be an easy problem to correct.
