"Your Amin is totally Non Existant"

Twice used by wife for gyno surgery. Arrived for appointment Sat for 1.5 hrs told it was cancelled.Had old outraged records with an address we hadn't lived at for 20+ yrs letter cancelling this appointment was sent their. Your Pre Op needs looking into very much.Wife went there in Sept has severe blood pressure told it was ok we will take the lowest reading.We'd came she arrived at 07:30 for surgery blood pressure taken its too high?? Sat there all day wouldn't operate. This has happened twice to my wife here.What's going on sort this out its not fair on the patient!! She is still awaiting her surgery no letter to GP from Hospital.GP sent letters to Hospital nearly 2 weeks ago still no reply.Totally awful.
