"Admission for perforated bowel"

About: Torbay Hospital

I was admitted to Torbay hospital via the emergency department for a perforated bowel, the care I received in surgery, critical care and Cromie ward was exceptional. The staff in all areas were kind, considerate and caring at all times, not only to me but also to my family. It is not until you require the skills of all the staff you realise what an outstanding service we have, it is a service to be very proud of and without the care, knowledge, skills and commitment of the staff my experience may have had a very different outcome. Many Many thanks Geoffrey Gell
