What I liked
Whilst I was only a visitor in St. James I still felt as though I was treated very well, they provided with whatever I needed throughout my stay, and the doctor explained the situation very well.
What could be improved
Unfortunately my Gramda sadly passed away, during that time in the middle of the night as we came to see my Grandma she was positioned in a uncomfortable area surrounding alot of ill patients, which I'm sure they felt uncomfortable too viewing us all coming to see her. I myself would of felt uncomfortable if I was a patient and witnessed that. I feel they should be an area for that kind of stuff.
