"My mother's care on 14th August 2014"

Dear Sirs I would like to compliment the team in A&E on Thursday, 14th August, who looked after my mother so well. The doctor was attentive and very thorough in finding out what was wrong with my mother. The job of dealing with my mother was made more difficult by her serious dementure. Despite this, the doctor, the Sister and the nursing staff deserve to be thanked for the efficient manner that they dealt with my mother, while keeping a positive and friendly disposition. One nurse was a good example of the care received from the whole team including those in the Xray and CT Scan departments. Please make sure that this message gets to the team involved. Best regards
