What I liked

appointment was right on time and staff at reception very helpful ,doctors all excellent and freindly ,had appointment at 10.30 and by 11.45 was out of the hospital with my new hearing aid

It is nice to read when patients are happy with the service that we provide, I will ensure that the audiology department are made aware of your comments.
