"Terrible experience"

About: Royal Berkshire Hospital

Had a minor op (had a g/ a) came back to ward left with no observations taken , lady next door heard me shouting for assistance , nurse came asked what was wrong told her I had no obs done no fluids and needed toilet her reply ok I get some help one hour later still waiting , husband came to collect me and I still had nothing to eat , ( you need food after surgery ) told can just go , 1 had not passed urine 2 had no obs done 3 had not eaten , how do I know system ! I am nurse at royal berks terrible made me ashamed of my collegues !
