"5 hour wait fobbed off due to bank holiday"

About: Weston General Hospital

Was awful experience will never go back to Weston, after waiting 5 hours, 4 different doctors/nurses/5 different rooms I was fobbed off and told nothing was wrong! I got made too feel stupid for going and that I was a inconvenience to their day. I've never felt so let down by the nhs. All the patients were unhappy and disappointed. The doctor was disgusting there was no updates on what was going on. And just seemed like there was no organisation, also very unprofessional as actually advised me next time go to Musgrove as it's a better hospital and a lot more organised. That doesn't fill me with hope if he thinks that! I'm just totally let down
