just a short note didnt know who to send a letter to i went for a out patient app with my wife who is disabled and had some bad look with our car wouldnt start i phoned the green flag to come out was they some time the security guard came over to check if everything was ok because it was coming up to midnight my wife was frozen he brought out some tea and said come inside just has we were talking to him green flag ran couldnt find the hospital the security guy said he go to the entrance and guide them in because i really didnt want to leave my disabled wife what a great chap noting two much trouble and went out of his way we felt safe however the hospital was clean nurses very good reception good just a great service from walking in and out and the grounds look great bit scary when its dark So just to say a big thank you !! and give your security guard a good pat on the back
