"Unclean with rude and disrespectful staff"

After waiting for 45 minutes in the deserted urgent care waiting room i finally was seen by a member of staff who for a long period of time was standing around not doing anything who after 5 minutes actually admitted herself that she didn't have a clue what she was supposed to do and that I'd have to wait for another member of staff to finish their consultation so they could take over. Finally after a 20 minute wait a rather rude and degrading member if staff came and proceeded to also admit she didn't know what to do and so in the end without letting me have any say in what treatment I received took 15 minutes debating what which antibiotics she should put me on she proceeded to give me a rather degrading lecture on when to take them as if I had some sort of mental health problem which I don't I was treated as if I wasn't there. The staff were extremely rude and gossiped about me to other members of staff who were just sat in there rooms doing nothing as the waiting room grew more crowded and crowded and people had to stand I don't think there was a single member of staff who she didn't gossip about my infection too. This was the worst hospital I've ever visited and I will certainly not be going here again. I recommend all people thinking of going here instead go to the much larger and better A&E department at the nearby James Cook hospital.
