About: Darent Valley Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I was kept in over night after being in A&E in Day Care Unit and the person who was in charge of the shift that night (at least she seemed to be in charge) was rude and unhelpful.

The rest of the team that night and the next day until I left were amazing, they were all so friendly, helpful, understanding and really went out of their way. I was given the best care in my opinion apart from that one rude person
