I attended the colorectal clinic at Bassetlaw Hospital earlier this month. I was very pleased with the service provided. I arrived an hour early in anticipation of poor weather and was seen promptly without detriment to other patients. The consultant and nursing staff were very friendly and they put me at ease in what was a rather nerve wracking experience with it being an ailment of an undignified nature. Everyone was polite, courteous and friendly. I couldn't have wished for more, so thank you to the outpatients staff of Bassetlaw Hospital.
