"The Best Neurosurgery Clinic and the Professor!"

I have asked my GP to transfer me to your hospital after 8 months of wasting time and lack of care from another hospital in london. I was very lucky to be seen by a Professor at your Neurosurgical outpatients clinic! He was a very kind, very knowledgable person! He gave me his 100% attention and always gave me a chance to speak and tell him how i feel and my concerns are. He never rushed me off to see the next patiant, he always took his time to look in to my very complicated spinal case and gave me assuarence that i'm at good hands! Unfortunately i did not get this oppertunity at the previous hospital and they always tried to cut me off when i try to speak and explain my symptoms and the pains what i was going through. The Professor has been a great person who is 100% in his job and he puts his patients at the best interest at what he does! He is a prime example of a extra ordinary hospital staff!
