"Teamwork"

I had my right hip replaced at the Centre. I chose to have this done here as I knew the excellent reputation the Horder has. They did not disappoint. From the moment you entered the building, the Reception Staff, the nurses completing the pre-op assessment, my consultant and the physiotherapists were kind, considerate and very professional. This attitude instils confidence in you as a patient although I already knew that I was going to have the best of care. The café on the premises is spotlessly clean and provides a good service to patients and their escorts. Although busy, appointments were quickly dealt with and the information package was very clear and helpful. The members of the team dealing with you as an in-patient were also very professional and the after care was excellent. The meals were delicious, lots of fresh food and enough variety to cater for all tastes. If you need any type of treatment that is offered by the staff at the Horder Centre, do not hesitate to go there. It is a shining example of how health care should be.
