"Fantastic Care"

I was booked in for an elective Endoscopy. The care I received was brilliant, particularly from the 3 professionals who cared for me in the endoscopy theatre. They were supportive and reassuring throughout the whole procedure, everything was explained in detail. The environment was relaxed. I genuinely can't thank the staff enough, from being extremely nervous, I was put at ease and cared for by wonderful staff right through from admission to discharge. I'd recommend this department in a heart beat to anyone needing this investigation. Well done to all the staff, you should be proud.
