"Sleep Apnoea"

After having sleep apnoea for nearly twenty years, I visited my brother in Lau in Denmark. He is a GP and he carried out a test on me for oxygen levels whilst I was asleep. I brought the readings he found to my GP in the UK who referred me to Mr Sedden who found the readings very helpful. His colleague provided me with a mask and also referred me to the ENT clinic. The mask was very uncomfortable at first but I reserved and now feel much more alert. I visited the ENT clinic and the doctor prescribed a nasal spray which will hopefully help. The service was very good once I was referred.
