"Visit to A&E with 8 year Old"

About: York Hospital

We were referred to York after my son fell on holiday in Scarborough and the local hospital couldn't deal with the injuries to his mouth. It was midnight (night of 28th July 2014) when we arrived and the receiptionst was expecting us and referred to my son by name which was really reassuring after a traumatic time. The doctor that we saw was absolutely excellent, and treated my son with a lateral luxation to realign his tooth and was calm and reassuring thoughout. Please pass on my thanks to the doctor as we are so grateful that the doctor saved my son's tooth (i tried to find an email address to say thank-you). My son is now receiving follow up treatment at a Sheffield hospital and continues to be brave!
