"Disappointed"

About: Spire Washington Hospital

Well I am very disappointed with today's visit, firstly the doctor was running 30 minutes behind which was fine these things happen, doctor was lovely and said we will have this sorted as quick as possibles today if the scan is available then come back round and see the doctor. Oh great all in the same day. Then I was finished with the doctor the nurse was asked to take me to x ray appointments I sat for 15 mins then asked if my appointment was made, the nurse didn't know where my sheet was, I showed the nurse where it was. The nurse couldn't make my appointments and would have to ring me. ( new receptionist no one round to help) . The receptionist rang me about an hour later while I was out walking the dogs, I took the two appointment as I had no diary with me, then I was put through for my other appointment which I couldn't have for 3 weeks (how quick is that). We went privately for quick service. It has taken me 2 attempts to get through and change my other 2 appointments hanging on the phone 15 mins. I will be thinking twice about renewing my private healthcare.
