About: The Royal London Hospital

I got to A&E at 4am and was seen straightaway. The stuff were nice and they tried all the time to make me feel comfortable and to stop the pain as much as they could. They were really friendly and helpful. I was feeling a bit silly for the reason I was going (infected ear piercing with horrible pain) but they treated me with respect and reassured me that it was fine to go to A&E for that. Thanks a lot for your help
