I had a cataract removed from my eye using laser treatment at QMC Eye Hospital.
The care was fine but waiting at the pharmacy after was terrible! It was an afternoon visit, but then I had to wait two hours for eye drops. It took longer waiting for eye drops than it took getting to hospital and having treatment combined.
It's madness and I hope this is sorted out by the next time I visit.
