About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I had an appointment with my local GP who referred me for physio.

This was fast tracked. I had a physio appointment within 4 days. The physiotherapy was excellent, she examined me, assessed my problem and gave me some exercises to do.
